Margaret Keys, Derry-born soprano and international star, has performed on some of the world’s greatest stages, including Carnegie Hall, the Royal Albert Hall, and the London Palladium. Margaret’s voice of “pure warmth and beauty” has earned her global acclaim, with standout performances for Pope Francis, HRH The Prince of Wales, and international audiences.
Joining her are the talented singers of Thornhill College Senior Choir, an award-winning ensemble known for their competitive success and outstanding performances. In 2024, Thornhill celebrated major victories at the City of Derry Choir Festival and the Dublin Feis Ceoil, claiming the Alice Yoakley Cup, Sacred Music Cup, and Best Secondary School award. They also made their international debut in Lake Garda, Italy, where they reached the Grand Final of the prestigious Concorso Corale Internazionale. Conducted by Elizabeth Quigley and accompanied by Nicky Morton and Louis Fields, Thornhill’s reputation as a leading school choir continues to grow.
The evening also features the incredible voices of Ebrington Primary School Choir, winners of the BBC School Choir of the Year 2019. Ebrington has since shone on Britain’s Got Talent and performed at major concerts and events, becoming one of the most celebrated primary school choirs in Derry.
